It's a Ralph Lauren Polo very nice. It has shiny material very soft outside (pink) and inside very shiny black material water repellent. The whole bag looks to be water repellent. We called them TV tickets and I gave DD three at the beginning of the day and she turned one in to me each time she wanted to watch something. But I like your idea so much better because our "tickets" kept getting lost and didn't really create the great visual you have going. We did something like this for a time.
